  • Colorado Mountain Skydive offers skydive training all year long. If you want to learn how to skydiving on your own this is the place. We hold expedited First Jump Courses every Friday at 4:30pm that run 3-4 hours, require reservation and are available only to those who have reviewed the online FJC a minimum of two days prior to class. We host full length First Jump Courses on Saturdays at 9am (subject to change), which run 6-8 hours long and require reservation a minimum of 24 hours before. You must make a deposit prior to scheduling either class. After completion you will be ready to jump using own equipment.

  • Colorado Mountain Skydive offers private training. Our instructors will teach you one on one.
  • Online Skydive Ground Class

  • Colorado Mountain Skydive offers an online Ground School.
  • Jump 1- 7 - AFF Training

  • Your first 7 jumps will be with a USPA AFF Rated Instructor. This will cover Categories A-E. Each jump will progress adding more maneuvers for you to perform. You must show our instructors you can maintain altitude awareness, start and stop freefall turns, pull your parachute at the correct altitude and fly a correct safe parachute pattern.
  • Once you have cleared Cat E you are able to jump solo or with a USPA rated coach.
  • Jump 8-25 - Earn your A License

  • After your cleared to solo it time to skydive on your own. Your will jump solo for at least 2 or 3. Once you comfortable you will begin coach jumps. Your coach will teach you to exit safely with groups, learn to swoop down to lower jumpers and help you learn how to track away from others in preparation to open your parachute.
  • A License Check Dive

  • You have completed your license card, taken the written test. Its now time to take you A License check dive. Once you have completed your A license you will be able to jump with other jumpers and travel to other USPA member dropzones.
